Mina Monier is the founder and CEO of Global Integrative Business Ltd. He is an experienced independent Middle East analyst, writing expert reports on business and political affairs for political risk organisations and the media. His focus is particularly on Egypt, Kuwait and Libya and he previsouly acted as manager and chief editor for Libya Business TV. Mina holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt, an MA from Cambridge Theological Federation and is currently a PhD candidate at King’s College, London.
Makaryous Maurice is the director and representative of Global Integrative Business in Egypt. Mr. Maurice is a charismatic businessman in the fields of stock market and cars. He holds a BSc in engineering from Cairo University.
Nader Tawfik is co-manager of GIB Egypt office in Cairo. He received B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He is currently pursuing the M.Sc. as well. His field of expertise includes renewable energy resources and Photovoltaic technology. He is also in the power engineering staff of the Egyptian Satellite company (NileSat). Beside his technical tasks, he is responsible for studying and analysing the tenders and bids obtained from qualified organisations to meet the company’s specifications. He loves reading, playing tennis, travelling and meeting his friends over chess at the weekend.
Dr. Elizabeth Monier is an experienced Middle East analyst with particular expertise in the politics and society of Egypt. She has a Phd in social and political science from the University of Cambridge and has held research fellowships in Middle East studies and international politics at the London School of Economics, the German Institute of Global and Area Studies and the University of Warwick. She has acted as a consultant and research director for various projects related to the Middle East and writes for the media and political risk organisations. She is the author of Sectarian Conflict in Egypt and editor of a forthcoming book on security in the Middle East.
Dr. Michael Gad is the Chief Advisor of GIB Egypt Ltd. He received his B.Sc. in electronics and communications and master in engineering physics in 2001 and 2006 in Ain Shams University in Cairo. He then received his Ph.D. in integrated optics in the University of Waterloo, Canada in 2012. He currently works as an assistant professor at the faculty of engineering in Ain Shams University.
